Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Ads Specialist:

  • Own and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns (Amazon, Myntra, Quick commerce ads).
  • Structure campaigns at scale (ASIN-wise, keyword-wise, match-type-wise).
  • Perform search term mining, keyword harvesting and negative keyword optimization regularly.
  • Control and improve ACOS / TACOS while scaling revenue.
  • Manage budgets daily to avoid overspend and wasted impressions.
  • Launch and scale ads for new product launches.
  • Identify scaling opportunities using Search Query Reports, Placement reports, and Retail Readiness metrics.
  • Work closely with the catalog and content teams to improve CTR and CVR (titles, images, A+ content).

Marketplace & Business Insights:

  • Analyze performance at ASIN, category, and brand level.
  • Track impact of pricing changes, deals, and promotions on ads.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points. Secondary Platforms. (Good to Have)
  • Basic working knowledge of Flipkart Ads (PLA, Search, Listing Ads).
  • Exposure to Google Search / Shopping Ads for brand and demand capture is a plus (not mandatory).

What We're Looking For:

  • 24 years of hands-on Marketplace Ads Exposure (non-negotiable).
  • Experience managing large budgets with performance accountability.
  • Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, Search Rank and Attribution.
  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
  • Strong Excel skills (bulk sheets, reports, analysis).
  • Experience in consumer electronics / fast-moving categories is a big plus.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Post Graduation with 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably including Flipkart Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
