Role Description

Louder is seeking a full-time Junior Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our New Delhi office. The responsibilities include developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, coordinating with event organizers, coordinating event promotions, managing client accounts, and driving business growth through new customer acquisition. The candidate will also manage sales campaigns, conduct market research, build client relationships, and track performance metrics to meet sales targets and elevate operational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies, including campaign planning and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in Event Marketing and Promotion, including designing campaigns for events and hospitality industries.
• Ability to conduct detailed Market Research and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for marketing and sales activities.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Prior experience in the events or hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• The ultimate command of the English language, written and oral.
• Passion for the music & live entertainment space is a plus.
