Job Title: Junior Marketing Manager

Location: (on-site), Mumbai | Full time

Experience: 3–5 Years

Budget: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 LPA

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to deliver key marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on campaign ownership, end-to-end tradeshow management, and the execution of diverse B2B and B2C activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to pivot into the luxury jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tradeshow & Event Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution; coordinate logistics with vendors and internal teams; manage pre-event promotion and post-event follow-ups.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute B2B/B2C campaigns, manage list segmentation, and optimize performance for higher conversion rates.
  • Content & Communications: Maintain the digital asset library (DAM); coordinate content delivery across social, web, and email; and own the creation of high-stakes pitches and presentations.
  • Digital Marketing: Support SEO/SEM efforts and website updates; monitor performance via Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Display & Packaging: Coordinate with global vendors for display materials and packaging, ensuring strict adherence to luxury brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Take ownership of selected campaigns from initial concept through to delivery and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a core marketing role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and digital asset management.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally for global trade shows as required.
