Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive who is passionate about community building, event organization, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for a creative and self-driven professional eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture offline & online communities around the brand
• Plan, organize, and manage brand events & activations
• Support brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes

Requirements

• 13 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building, or event management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• A self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
