Hiring: Junior Marketing Analyst | Engine

About the Role

Engine is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives for Engine and its client companies.

This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, branding, and marketing for client businesses, with opportunities to work across e-commerce and education brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute digital marketing activities for assigned client companies and Engine.
Schedule and publish social media content, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals, and campaign updates.
Support the execution of digital campaigns, webinars, and marketing events.
Track campaign performance and maintain marketing documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Eligibility

6 months–1 year of relevant marketing experience, with hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce and/or education brands preferred.
Degree/course completion in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace/MS Office.
Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
