The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience onboard commercial vessels and a sound understanding of marine engineering operations, planned maintenance systems, and shipboard workflows. Roles & Responsibilities

Provide marine engineering domain expertise for shipping software products
Understand and support vessel maintenance, machinery operations, and Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS)
Gather business requirements from ship owners, ship managers, and vessel operators
Participate in software implementation, testing, validation, and customer onboarding
Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in adopting maritime software solutions
Analyze customer feedback and recommend product enhancements
Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials
Coordinate with software development teams to translate operational requirements into product features
Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide functional support
Stay updated with maritime regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies
