Job Summary:
Convex Care is hiring dynamic Sales professionals who are equally adept at prospecting and closing Homebased Elder Care needs, in the premium segment of our society. Post Sales, follow up and collection of payments, and seeking feedback to improve are end-to-end areas of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references and social media
- Conduct client meetings and explain homebased elder care services
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales strategies
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned monthly / weekly / daily sales targets
Care Management & Operations:
- Coordinate and manage client care plans
- Act as a point of contact for clients and families
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Supervise caregivers and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor ongoing cases and resolve client concerns
- Maintain records and ensure smooth service execution
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales focussed with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage both sales and operations responsibilities
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within NCR and Upcountry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Sales / Marketing
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Field Sales, Caregiving, Pharma / General (health) Insurance / Home Healthcare Sales will be an added advantage
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: INR 30,000 per month + quarterly incentives, on target achievement
- Travel Allowances (as per company policy)
