Junior Manager - Client solutions- Creative Agency

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Client Solutions at Commix, located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing creative processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project progress, and providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

• Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management skills
• Expertise in Creative Processes, Advertising Communications, and Creative Innovations
• Experience in Data and Tech Integrations, AI Automation, and Community Management
• Proficiency in Social, CRM, Media, eCommerce, D2C, and Retail platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
• Experience in a creative agency or marketing firm is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
