About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join as a Junior Manager – Accounts & Finance. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and other finance-related activities.

Candidates with manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor payments, and collections.
• Ensure timely compliance and filing of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory returns.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, Company Secretary, and other external stakeholders.
• Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• Coordinate with sales teams and clients for receivables and collections.
• Monitor vendor payments, supplier settlements, and utility payments.
• Assist in developing and implementing finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present financial performance, analysis, and key insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with relevant exposure may also be considered.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, audits, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities within deadlines.
