Position Title : Junior Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
Working Hours : 3-shift system with staggered weekly offs
Location : Navi Mumbai, Mahape
About the Role
To support manufacturing function to maintain continuity in production by maintaining and improving machine maintenance activity. To undertake scheduled and breakdown maintenance of equipment. Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
Main tasks and responsibilities :
- Proficient with troubleshooting & maintenance of CNC machines, Grinding machines, general purpose machines, MIG/TIG Welding machines.
- Exposure to maintenance of utilities like air compressors., DG sets, water pumps, air conditioners etc.
- Awareness & exposure to ERP/ISO/5S/Quality management system
- Technical supervision & labour handling.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, health & safety regulations.
- Independently handling shift with given technical manpower.
- Coordination with all user departments & also with external service provider.
- Working experience in Excel. Word, PP for reporting.
Competency
- Diploma/Degree Fresher in Mechanical Engineering
- Awareness to ERP/ISO/5S/Quality management system
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, PP for reporting
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system with staggered weekly offs.
