Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking an experienced Linear User/Specialist to join their team as a contractor. In this expert-level, remote role, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the linear platform to support AI training initiatives and optimize AI systems. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of linear at the user level to support AI training initiatives

• Test and evaluate linear workflows and features, providing structured feedback to enhance AI learning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements

• Document and communicate process details clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Analyze user behavior and provide recommendations to enhance the overall user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Linear platform expertise

• AI training support experience

• Workflow analysis and optimization skills

• Written and verbal communication skills
