Core Responsibilities

Review, draft and support negotiation of NDAs, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and statements of work
Assist with customer and supplier contracts using standard templates
Maintain and organize the contracts repository and legal records
Support updates to standard form agreements and precedents
Act as first-line legal support for routine business queries
Assist with basic IP, data protection (GDPR), and SaaS-related legal matters
Escalate material risk issues to the General Counsel

Requirement

1–3 years experience (or equivalent)
Some in-house experience strongly preferred (12–24 months ideal)
Solid understanding of contract law and confidence reviewing commercial agreements
Exposure to NDAs, SOWs, and standard commercial contracts
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with legal admin and operational tasks
Commercial, pragmatic, and keen to learn
Interest in SaaS, technology, or fintech environments
