Job Description
A boutique law firm engaged in corporate and commercial practice, contract drafting, due diligence, transactions, and intellectual property (trademarks) is looking for a motivated fresher (Law Graduate) to join as a Junior Associate. Key areas of work include:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Assisting in due diligence and compliance matters
- Supporting corporate-commercial transactions
- Handling trademark filings, oppositions, and related work
- Conducting legal research and preparing notes/briefs
Skills Required
