Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer based in Devanahalli. The Junior Lawyer will provide legal support on matters relating to real estate, including the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting due diligence, managing client contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will collaborate with internal teams and external legal entities to provide expert advice and address any legal challenges. The role involves ensuring that the company's operations align with current legal and regulatory frameworks while safeguarding its interests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and document review related to real estate.
  • Kannada Reading
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, compliance requirements, and government regulations.
  • Ability to conduct legal research and analyze complex legal matters.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in advising on legal risks and recommending effective solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) is required; a Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or property-related legal matters is preferred.
  • Current membership in the Bar Council is required.
