Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Landscape Architect & Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative professional with 1-5 years of experience who is passionate about innovative design and coordination in landscape architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to design functional and visually striking landscapes.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, and models using software tools.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project monitoring to ensure design implementation aligns with vision and standards.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in landscape design and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion/V-Ray, Lumion, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design for visualization and presentation purposes.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for sustainable design.
- Knowledge on Hardscape and Softscape detailing and drafting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
