Reporting To: Business Head – Quick Commerce & Marketplaces

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our Amazon business. The role will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, marketplace visibility, catalogue performance, inventory availability, and promotional effectiveness across Amazon platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central and possess a strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Own and manage the overall business performance of Amazon accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Drive assortment expansion and new product launches.
  • Leverage platform events and seasonal opportunities to maximize sales.

Marketplace Operations

  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations.
  • Monitor purchase orders, replenishment, and order fulfilment.
  • Resolve operational issues affecting product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.

Catalogue, Pricing & Promotions

  • Maintain accurate and optimized product listings.
  • Manage product content, images, and catalogue health.
  • Execute pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.

Advertising & Visibility

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and visibility metrics.
  • Track ROAS, ACOS, and other key advertising KPIs.
  • Support visibility initiatives during major sale events.

Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Work closely with planning and supply chain teams.
  • Forecast inventory requirements and maintain stock availability.
  • Minimize stock-outs and inventory ageing.
  • Ensure timely replenishment across platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze marketplace performance and sales trends.
  • Track KPIs including Revenue, GMV, Margin, Conversion Rate, Traffic, and Inventory Coverage.
  • Prepare business reports and performance dashboards.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon India marketplace.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
  • Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or BigBasket is preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
