ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, coordinating internal workflows, and executing client communication campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in account management, client success, or digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Assist in managing day-to-day communication and coordination for assigned client accounts.

•       Support senior account managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

•       Help prepare and share regular performance reports, campaign updates, and case studies with clients.

•       Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech, and support) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

•       Execute email notification campaigns for offers, product updates, and performance highlights.

•       Assist in setting up and managing EBM (Email-Based Marketing) campaigns in alignment with client goals.

•       Manage and engage WhatsApp partnership groups — ensuring timely communication, partner participation, and announcements.

•       Track and maintain key account data, metrics, and records in internal tools and CRM systems.

•       Handle basic client queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.

•       Learn and develop a strong understanding of Togethr.club's products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

•       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•       0–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or a related role. Freshers are welcome to apply.

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

•       Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

•       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

•       A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

•       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

GOOD TO HAVE

•       Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or SaaS.

•       Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

•       Basic understanding of email marketing platforms or WhatsApp Business API.

•       Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies or affiliate/partner marketing.
