Job Description
We aren't looking for a hunter to find new logos; we need a specialised Account Farmer for our Startup Business Unit. Your mission is simple but high-stakes: take our existing relationships with high-growth startups in India, the US, and Singapore and grow them to their full potential.
You will act as the face of Recro, moving beyond simple service delivery to become a strategic partner. Your success is measured by how deeply we embed ourselves into a client's ecosystem and how much maximum value we can extract through elite relationship management and proactive upselling.
About The Role
- You don't just maintain an account; you look at a client and see a map of untapped opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- You understand that in the startup world, trust is the only currency. You build foundational trust that turns a one-time client into a long-term partner.
- You operate with a high sense of urgency (fast is your default) but never at the expense of quality or client experience.
- When a search stalls or a client is frustrated, you don't just report ityou develop and present a strategic pivot to keep the account healthy
- Actively look for ways to introduce new Recro offeringslike Data + AI talentto your current accounts.
- You aren't an order-taker; you validate client requirements rigorously and provide data-backed pushback if their demands don't align with market reality.
- Travel to meet clients at their offices or strategic international events to solidify the partnership.
Requirements
- 1+ years in B2B account management or recruitment sales, ideally with exposure to international markets (US/UK/Singapore).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical talent solutions into clear, high-value marketing messages across multiple unit
- Ability to switch gears instantly in a high-velocity environment and accommodate flexible work timings to align with international time zones.
- Deep comfort using MarTech and ATS tools to track account health and revenue predictability.
