Junior ITSM Developer BMC Helix Platform
Job Description
Summary: The Junior Developer role focuses on supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of business workflows within the BMC Helix platform, aiming to enhance IT service management processes and user experience within a global operations context.

Other Details: This position offers a flexible/hybrid working environment located in Pune and supports a Global Capability Center structure within the IT Services Organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage ITSM incidents and service requests in BMC Helix, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes and SLA/OLA targets.
- Diagnose issues, apply fixes, and update tickets with accurate information.
- Assist in the development and configuration of BMC Helix solutions.
- Support the implementation of business workflows, forms, and automations.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers on development tasks and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes, and perform unit testing.
- Actively seek to build knowledge of the BMC Helix platform and contribute to team improvement.
- 2–5 years of experience in application development or IT service management tools.
- Practical experience with BMC Interfaces & Integration, Business Workflows, and CMDB & Asset Management.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts.
- Experience with Rest API integrations.
- Familiarity with Automation and Customization on the BMC Helix platform.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
