Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate communication and technical background
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT requirements
  • Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment lifecycle

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
  • Internship or prior recruitment experience is preferred
