We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for various IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate communication and technical background
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT requirements
- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment lifecycle
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
- Internship or prior recruitment experience is preferred
