Junior Interior Designer

Team members collaborate closely with clients and project partners to deliver functional, aesthetically appealing, and efficient interior environments.

Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing concepts, preparing layouts, and assisting with space planning for modular interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating drawings, coordinating construction details, supporting FF&E selections, and preparing presentations and documentation for client reviews. The role involves site visits, measurement checks, and collaboration with senior designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent coordination with internal teams and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply Interior Design principles with a strong sense of Space Planning and functional layouts.
• Understanding of Architecture fundamentals and how interior design integrates with building systems.
• Proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow design guidelines.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a team environment, and participate in on-site coordination.
