Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Interior Designer role with a hybrid work model based in Chennai, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. The Junior Interior Designer will collaborate with the design team to create innovative layouts, produce detailed construction drawings, and participate in space planning. Daily tasks will include designing interior solutions, sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and assisting in project management to meet deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to conceptualize and execute functional layouts.
  • Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure structural integrity and design precision.
  • Experience in FF&E sourcing and specification to select materials, furniture, and fixtures that fit project aesthetics and requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
