Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Junior Interior Designer will assist in developing design concepts, preparing 2D plans, and supporting the creation of 3D visuals and renders for residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior designers, preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors under guidance. The role also involves site visits, measurements, documentation, and ensuring that design solutions align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. The Junior Interior Designer will contribute to presentations and maintain organized project files and material libraries.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to support functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, including layout optimization and circulation planning for residential and commercial interiors.
• Ability to read and prepare Construction Drawings and basic technical documentation under supervision.
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to follow project guidelines and processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members, clients, and external partners.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a fast-paced design studio environment.
