As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is creative, detail-oriented and eager to grow through hands-on experience across live projects.

• Role Overview

As a Junior Interior Designer, you will support the design team across the complete design development process — from concept development and space planning to drawings, material selection, presentations and project documentation.

You will work closely with senior designers, architects, project teams and vendors to translate design concepts into practical, execution-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts and working drawings.
• Support space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts and other design documentation.
• Assist with 3D modelling, visualization and design development.
• Research and shortlist materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.
• Coordinate with senior designers and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Participate in client presentations and internal design reviews.
• Incorporate design revisions based on client and senior team feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for design-related requirements when required.
• Maintain organized project drawings, presentations, material specifications and documentation.
• Conduct site visits when required to understand execution and site conditions.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of interior design fundamentals and space planning.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Close attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Internship or prior experience in interior design.
• Exposure to residential or commercial interior projects.
• Understanding of working drawings and execution processes.
