Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Junior Interior Designer. The Junior Interior Designer will collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop creative and functional interior spaces. Key responsibilities will include assisting in space planning, preparing design concepts, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with contractors and vendors. The role also involves contributing to project timelines, understanding client requirements, and ensuring design solutions meet both aesthetic and functional objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and familiarity with fundamentals of Interior Design
- Experience or knowledge in Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Ability to select and work with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage design tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant tools) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
