Take site measurements and verify layouts.
Prepare execution schedules and project timelines.
Coordinate with the design team before execution.
Site Execution
Supervise complete interior fit-out work.
Arrange local contractors and skilled labour.
Coordinate civil work, false ceiling, flooring, painting and partition work.
Supervise electrical, plumbing and drainage installation.
Ensure proper installation of washing machines, dryers and utilities.
Vendor Management

Negotiate competitive pricing.
Ensure quality workmanship.
Labour Management
Hire and coordinate local workers.
Allocate daily work.

Verify dimensions and material quality.
Maintain workmanship standards.
Conduct final quality inspections before handover.
Budget Control
Track project expenses.

Submit daily expense reports.
