Inside Planners & Infrastructure is a leading Design-Build firm headquartered in Gurugram, specializing in comprehensive interior design, architectural planning, and structural execution. We deliver high-performance solutions across corporate office spaces, commercial establishments, retail environments, hospitality, and premium residential projects.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer/Architect to join our growing in-house team.

Position Overview

As Junior Interior Designer/Architect, you will work closely with senior designers and project managers to translate client ideas into practical, stunning 3D models and precise 2D technical drawings. This is an exciting office-based role ideal for a talented designers eager to handle diverse design tasks, learn office workflows, and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare precise 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop realistic 3D interior renders, lighting models, and spatial views using SketchUp or 3ds Max.
Assist senior designers in creating mood boards, design concepts, and material selection palettes.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), itemized specifications, and project estimation sheets.
Coordinate with material vendors and suppliers to organize sample catalogs and finish boards.
Communicate technical design specifications and drawings clearly to execution and site teams.
Maintain organized digital project drawing logs, file revisions, and office documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Spatial Planning.
Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (SketchUp / 3ds Max) along with rendering plugins (V-Ray / Corona).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of space ergonomics, construction details, scale, and interior finishing materials.
