Junior Instructional Designer

Our client is a reputed organization in the wellness and fitness industry, focused on holistic health, nutrition, and employee well-being.

Job Location: Mumbai (Remote - Preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates only)

Job Description:

• Design and develop engaging courses, presentations, storyboards, and eLearning content.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging learning experiences.

• Manage, upload, and maintain courses, webinars, and masterclasses on the LMS.

• Coordinate with the media team for video-based learning content.

• Apply instructional design principles and learning best practices to ensure high-quality content.

• Continuously improve learning materials based on feedback and learner requirements.

Desired Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning content development.

• Strong knowledge of instructional models, learning theories, and eLearning tools.

• Hands-on experience with LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.

• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with SMEs and internal teams.
