Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA Preferred)

CTC: 3,00,000 per annum (Fixed CTC)

Probation Period: 6 Months

About the Role

This is not a telecalling role.

This is a consultative inside sales role, where you will interact with prospective clients, understand their taxation and compliance requirements, recommend suitable solutions, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams until successful client onboarding.

Complete product, process, and technical training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management
  1. Respond promptly to all assigned inbound leads.
  2. Understand client requirements through effective consultation.
  3. Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
  4. Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
  5. Ensure every assigned lead is followed up systematically.
2. Client Consultation
  1. Conduct professional consultation calls.
  2. Understand client pain points and business requirements.
  3. Explain taxation and compliance services clearly.
  4. Recommend suitable services based on client requirements.
  5. Build long-term trust and professional relationships with clients.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
  1. Convert enquiries into paying customers.
  2. Share quotations and engagement proposals.
  3. Follow up with prospective clients until closure.
  4. Achieve assigned billing and collection targets.
  5. Coordinate with the Sales Head for complex or high-value opportunities.
4. Client Relationship Management
  1. Maintain professional communication with clients.
  2. Coordinate with CRO and Backend Team.
  3. Ensure smooth client onboarding.
  4. Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the engagement process.
5. Documentation & CRM Management
  1. Update CRM after every client interaction.
  2. Maintain complete lead history.
  3. Update follow-up schedules.
  4. Maintain sales pipeline accurately.
  5. Submit Daily End-of-Day (EOD) Reports.
6. Payment Follow-up
  1. Coordinate with clients for invoice collections.
  2. Follow up for outstanding payments.
  3. Update payment status regularly.
  4. Coordinate with the Accounts Team wherever required.
Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience in the Chartered Accountant (CA) / Tax & Compliance Industry.

Experience in any of the following organizations will be preferred:

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) Firms.
  2. Tax Consultancy Firms.
  3. GST Consultancy Firms.
  4. Income Tax Consultancy Firms.
  5. ROC & MCA Compliance Firms.
  6. Corporate Compliance Firms.
  7. Business Registration & Licensing Firms.
  8. Accounting & Bookkeeping Firms.
  9. Secretarial & Compliance Firms.
  10. Financial & Business Advisory Firms.
Mandatory Skills
  1. Experience in handling inbound sales enquiries.
  2. Experience in client consultation and relationship management.
  3. Understanding of Tax & Compliance services.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada will be an added advantage).
  5. Strong follow-up discipline.
  6. Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  7. CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  8. Professional attitude and office etiquette.
  9. Ownership and accountability.
  10. Strong willingness to learn and grow.
