Job Summary
The Junior Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and assisting in closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication. This role focuses on building customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM or sales records
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
- Prepare sales reports and follow up on quotations and payments
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma (any discipline)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Comfortable with phone calls and email communication
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
- 02 years of experience in inside sales or customer support
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
