Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Work Mode: Work from Office (Ahmedabad)
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 1+ Years for Junior sales /4+ Years for Senior Sales
Salary: (Hike as per current salary interview performance)
Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM (US Shift)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound
Junior inside sales (Business development)-US Market who can drive business growth, manage end-to-end sales cycles
If you have strong experience in sales, client engagement, and international markets , this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete sales cycle lead generation to closure
- Handle RFPs, tenders bid submissions
- Negotiate contracts commercial terms
- Explore European BIM market opportunities
- Lead mentor Business Development Associates
- Maintain CRM ensure data accuracy
- Represent company in industry events networking platforms
Key Requirements
- Experience in sales
- Strong B2B sales client handling experience
- Exposure to international markets
- Leadership team handling skills
- Excellent communication negotiation skills
