About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team in delivering cutting-edge poultry farm management software to clients. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and poultry enterprise operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and usage of the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients at poultry enterprises to gather, understand, and analyze operational and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows.
- Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including setup, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
- Conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Identify potential challenges during implementation and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Work closely with product and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future releases.
- Document implementation steps, best practices, and issue resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, IT Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with poultry farm operations or agriculture technology is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or tech support.
- Knowledge of data management, software configuration, and user training best practices.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or agriculture-specific software tools.
