Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Executive to support our growing workforce and organizational development initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement while helping build a high-performance technology-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Support onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment-related documents including offer letters, employment agreements, and HR communications.
- Track attendance, leave records, employee information, and organizational updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation management.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
- Assist in sourcing candidates through professional networks, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
- Support workforce planning and hiring activities across various departments.
- Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and team-building activities.
- Support internal communications and employee feedback programs.
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
HR Administration & Reporting
- Generate HR reports, hiring metrics, workforce analytics, and operational dashboards.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support policy documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR best practices and standard operating procedures.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Support compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and internal controls.
- Assist in HR audits and documentation reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Administration, or Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technology companies, software development environments, or IT organizations.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Understanding of employee lifecycle management and modern HR practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
