Junior Human Resources Consultant

We are currently looking to hire a Junior HR Professional for a Legal Tech Startup based out of Bengaluru.

You do not have to come from a legal background, but you must have 1-3 years of HR experience and a good eye for talent.

You should be able to handle end-to-end hiring, build people processes, manage payroll, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Good communication skills, oral and written, are a must as you will be working closely with people across the organisation.

This is a 5-day working role.
