Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Human Resource (HR) Executive position based in Rajkot. The Jr. HR Executive will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting with HR documentation. The role involves helping with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The individual will assist in onboarding new employees, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of joining formalities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting payroll and benefits administration, helping implement and communicate HR policies, coordinating employee engagement activities, and responding to basic HR-related queries from team members.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with a strong interest in building a career in HR.
  • Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management to support hiring, onboarding, performance documentation, and employee life cycle processes.
  • Basic familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy communication, record-keeping, and employee support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees at all levels.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; comfort with using HR or administrative software is an advantage.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
