Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior HR Executive with exactly 1 year of experience to support daily HR operations. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll inputs
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in performance management processes
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and data
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Mandatory: 1 year of HR experience
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
