About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HRBP/Intern who can start immediately (preferably females only).

Must Have-

Completed either a BBA or MBAGood communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable in using MS - Excel and MS - Word

Please Note -

The internship will be for a duration of 6 months. This internship position will be converted to a full time role before or after completion of 6 months of internship depending on performance.The selected candidate will need to work from office in Hyderabad. This is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution, helping HRBPs address

workplace matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition and

positive experience for new hires.

  • Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedback

coordination, and documentation.

  • Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount,

turnover, and performance trends.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs and

recommend people-related solutions.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, and

diversity & inclusion projects.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and

compliance.

  • Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, and

ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HR

analytics is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
