We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive with 1+ year of experience to manage the core documentation and statutory backbone of our HR department. As the face of HR for all things related to benefits and records, you will ensure that every employee's documentation—from onboarding to exit—is handled with precision, clarity, and professional communication.
Core Responsibilities
- Statutory Compliance Management: Primary responsibility for the end-to-end handling of ESI and PF processes. This includes timely filings, maintaining digital and physical statutory registers, and ensuring all records are audit-ready.
- Heavy Documentation & Record Keeping: Manage the complete employee file lifecycle. You will be responsible for drafting offer letters, maintaining the employee database, and ensuring 100% accuracy in all HR-related paperwork and SOPs.
- Benefits Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits. You must be able to explain complex compliance details in a simple, approachable manner.
- Lifecycle Documentation: Coordinate the documentation for onboarding (induction kits, background checks) and exit processes (relieving letters, full and final settlements), ensuring a seamless experience for the team.
- Policy Implementation: Support the drafting and updating of HR policies and manuals. Ensure that all new rules are documented clearly and communicated effectively across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:1+ year specifically involved in HR documentation and statutory compliance (PF & ESI).
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable acting as the HR face when explaining policies or resolving documentation-related concerns.
- Compliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Systematic Approach: High proficiency in MS Excel and digital filing systems. You should enjoy creating structure out of raw data.
- Reliability: A high degree of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
