Role Description

The Junior HR Associate will play a critical role in supporting human resource management and operations. Responsibilities include coordinating HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and assisting with training and development programs. This is a full-time role based in Chennai. Collaboration and communication will be key aspects of the day-to-day operations in this role.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Experience in Training & Development initiatives
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software tools or platforms is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
