Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Maintain attendance and leave records, update employee data, and manage day-to-day HR emails and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Help organize initiatives like town halls, birthday celebrations, feedback sessions, and team events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Employee Support: Provide basic assistance to employees on queries related to leaves, policies, and HR processes, escalating to senior HR team when required.
  • Training & Development: Support coordination of training sessions and workshops to help employees improve skills.
  • Cost Tracking: Keep records of expenses related to recruitment and employee engagement activities.
  • HR Reporting & Compliance: Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate data for compliance purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
  • 6 months2 years of prior experience in HR functions (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
