Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Junior Healthcare Lead Generation Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Primary Market Research (PMR). The role involves identifying and connecting international experts across industries to support research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements to define search strategies and screening criteria
- Source and engage key opinion leaders, industry professionals, and C-level executives via LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms
- Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, or phone, explaining project objectives and addressing queries
- Screen and evaluate experts for suitability
- Coordinate with internal teams to shortlist and recruit ideal experts
- Schedule and facilitate expert interviews
- Maintain and update the expert database
- Build and nurture relationships to expand the expert panel
- Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in PMR expert sourcing (qualitative/quantitative)
- Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing and expert outreach
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Time management and adaptability in fast-paced projects
