Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our OTT and film production ecosystem. The role requires strong visual sensibility, an understanding of cinematic aesthetics, and the ability to translate creative briefs into compelling designs across digital, promotional, and platform-specific assets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for OTT and film content including posters, thumbnails, banners, social media creatives, promotional collaterals, and platform visuals.
- Develop visually engaging designs aligned with cinematic themes, storytelling, and brand guidelines.
- Support design requirements for films, web series, trailers, promos, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with video editors, marketing teams, and creative producers to ensure visual consistency.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Adapt designs for various formats, resolutions, and OTT platform requirements.
- Ensure high-quality output with strict attention to detail, typography, and color accuracy.
- Stay updated with evolving design trends, OTT visuals, and market aesthetics.
Required Skills & Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CorelDRAW.
- Exposure to AI-powered and emerging design tools for creative enhancement and productivity.
- Strong understanding of:
- Color theory and visual aesthetics
- Cinematic expression and storytelling through design
- Layout, composition, and typography
- Ability to convert creative concepts into impactful visual outputs.

Work Requirements
- Full-time position
- Work From Office (WFO) at Varanasi or Pune office
- Initial probation period of 3 months
Portfolio Requirement
- Submission of a design portfolio demonstrating OTT, film, digital, or cinematic design work is mandatory.
