Junior Graphic Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong skills in graphic design, visual communication, and creative concept development
• Proficiency in designing social media creatives, campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collaterals
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create engaging and brand-aligned designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant creative software
• Strong understanding of social media trends, design trends, content formats, and platform specifications
• Ability to independently handle assigned brands and manage their day-to-day creative design requirements
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and content requirements
• Work closely with the social media, content, and performance marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver creatives on time
• Create designs for social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other digital assets
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, and overall design quality across all communication
• Ability to understand client requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver revisions within timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creative deliverables
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative formats, and industry best practices
• Take ownership of assigned brands, creative planning, execution, and overall visual communication
