Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for websites, branding campaigns, social media, and digital marketing materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, where the designer will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and senior designers to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals. Daily tasks include designing web and social media graphics, refining brand assets, preparing files for web and print, and adapting layouts for different platforms and formats. The role also involves following established brand guidelines, participating in brainstorming sessions, and incorporating feedback to improve design quality and consistency. The Junior Graphic Designer will help ensure that all visuals align with client goals and support conversion-focused outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in graphic and visual design, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus).
- Ability to create digital assets for web, social media, and basic print materials, following brand guidelines and design systems.
- Basic understanding of web and digital concepts such as responsive design, UI elements, and graphics optimization for online performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly on design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (design, development, and marketing).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or comparable practical experience demonstrated through a portfolio.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects for web, branding, or social media is required; experience in digital marketing or eCommerce design is an advantage.
