Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization: Brainstorm and develop visual concepts in line with the advertising briefs and brand guidelines.
2. Design Creation: Produce high-quality visual designs, including but not limited to layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for both print and digital platforms.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and designers, to ensure cohesive and impactful visual executions.
4. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create and edit visuals efficiently.
5. Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all visual materials align with the brand's identity, maintaining consistency and quality across different projects.
6. Presentation Skills: Participate in meetings and present design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback for refinement.
7. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
