Role Description

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our team on packaging design, branding, and social media creatives, while learning the fundamentals of strategic design and aesthetics.

This role is ideal for someone who is not just looking for a job — but a place to grow as a designer.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

• Create designs for print media (packaging, labels, brochures, etc.)
• Develop creatives for social media (Instagram posts, ads, etc.)
• Assist in brand identity and packaging projects
• Work on multiple projects with attention to detail

Creative Thinking

• Translate briefs into meaningful visual concepts
• Explore design references and improve aesthetics
• Contribute ideas during discussions

Process & Team Collaboration

• Follow Shapers internal design process and guidelines
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines
• Adapt quickly to feedback and revisions
• Maintain organized design files

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in graphic design

Basic experience in print and social media design

Proficiency in tools like:

• Adobe Illustrator must
• Adobe Photoshop must
• CorelDRAW added advantage

Understanding of typography, layout, and color
