Junior Graphic Designer

Root HR is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team in India.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to create engaging visuals for digital marketing, social media, websites and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Create marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers and promotional advertisements.
• Design website graphics, landing page visuals and digital assets.
• Develop engaging visuals for email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to produce high-quality designs.
• Create infographics, presentations and product promotional materials.
• Edit and optimise images for websites and digital campaigns.
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual branding.
• Experience designing social media content and digital marketing materials.
• Good creativity, communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience creating marketing content for technology or SaaS companies.
