Core mission

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our fast-growing marketing team. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with our Product Marketing and demand generation teams. You will be responsible for translating our brand and messaging into compelling, high-quality visual assets that support our marketing and sales engine. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong design portfolio, a passion for B2B technology, and an eagerness to learn and use cutting-edge design tools, including AI.

What will you do

• Create Assets in all Forms: Design a wide range of digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, blog illustrations, email templates, infographics, and digital ads.
• Support Content & Sales: Assist in the layout and design of long-form content (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies) and sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, datasheets).
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold and enforce Orchid Security's brand guidelines across all visual materials to ensure a consistent and professional look.
• Collaborate and Iterate: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Leverage New Tools: Take advantage of established design templates and explore new tools, including AI-based technology (responsibly), to produce high-quality, polished content efficiently.
• Manage Projects: Organize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements: Who are you

• 0-2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment (strong internship experience counts).
• A strong online portfolio showcasing your skills in digital design, layout, and typography.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools like Figma.
• A solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Take initiative, ask questions, manage your time effectively, and never settle for surface-level understanding.
• Technology-savvy, with a keen interest in learning and using AI image, presentation, and other generation tools.
• BA/BS degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus points: Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or web design.
• Bonus points: An interest in cybersecurity or complex B2B technology.
