The RoleWe're looking for aJunior Graphic Designerwho's early in their career and excited to create content that people actually see and engage with.
You'll be working onsocial media creatives, emailers, posters, and daily brand content, closely with our core team. This is a hands-on role you'll design a lot, learn fast, and see your work go live almost every day.
What You'll Do- Designsocial media posts, stories, reel covers, and campaign creatives
- Create layouts foremailers, posters, digital banners, and internal assets
- Adapt designs across sizes and platforms while keeping things clean and consistent
- Follow brand guidelines but also bring fresh ideas
- Work closely with content and marketing teams
- Deliver work on time and be open to feedback
What We're Looking For- Strong basics ingraphic design, typography, and layout
- Comfortable withAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- A good design eye and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, improve, and experiment
- Ability to handle multiple small tasks in a fast-moving setup
- Portfolio or sample work is mandatory(college projects are fine)
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)- Interest in movies, shows, pop culture, or social media trends
- Basic knowledge of motion or video tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Instagram-first design thinking
Location & Compensation- This is anon-site role
