Junior Graphic Designer

Junior Graphic Designer (18k - 22k) (Probation period salary after which it will be hiked as per performance)

We are looking for a junior graphic designer who can join our team and work on various projects for our clients. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and producing social media creatives, motion graphics, ad creatives, and reel videos that align with the brand identity and objectives of the clients.
• Collaborating with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of the projects.
• Researching and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the design processes and workflows.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating graphics, logo designs, branding materials, and typography. Day-to-day tasks may include creating social media graphics, motion graphics, ad creatives, and reel videos that align with the brand identity, designing print materials, and contributing to brand identity development.

Qualifications

• Graphics skills, including an understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools
• Experience in Graphic Design, including branding and logo design
• Typography skills, including an understanding of font pairing and legibility
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
• A portfolio of previous graphic design work that showcases your skills and creativity
• Passed the LinkedIn skill assessments in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
